Refunds or exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances due to the nature of the products.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Each case will be evaluated to determine the best way to make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase only.
SHIPPING: Orders normally ship out within1-2 business days. However, additional time is required to process large or specialized orders.
POSTAL CARRIER: USPS— Shipping cost will be determined by weight and location as determined by the USPS.
